Please ensure all components are disassembled and securely packed to qualify for a full refund of your purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team through the official help center to submit a return request and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare and Disassemble

  Carefully disassemble your chair or desk and place all components back into their original protective foam and cardboard packaging to prevent transit damage.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the box and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
